Shipping Policy

USPS standard shipping is FREE within Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and territories of the United States on all orders $100+.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days (Could vary depending on the season and demand).

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order to the email provided. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Harold Cabrera Jewelry Designer will only be responsible for packages lost in transit to its destination. If your order has been confirmed to be delivered we will not be replacing your order. 

Please note the following:

• Once packages have been shipped and with postal services, we are not liable for any delays in shipping.
• Once your order have been processed, we cannot change your shipping method or address. Please be sure to enter the correct information and let us know as fast as possible if you have made a mistake.
