Harold Cabrera Jewelry may be returned for store credit only within 15 days after being delivered. The item must be returned in the original condition.
Items such as earrings do not apply for our return policy due to sanitary guidelines.
The store credit will be sent to the customer as an electronic gift card via email.
If you receive the wrong item or an item that does not match the description of what was ordered, Harold Cabrera Jewelry Designer will accept items for replacement, exchange or credit note.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
